The Problem

The Cheshire Public Schools district, located in New Haven County, Connecticut, strives to utilize software that improves employee management workflow throughout the organization. According to Cheshire Public School Payroll Supervisor LaDonna Blow, the district had been aware for several years ago that its new district procedures called for greater efficiencies. Importing and exporting from Munis®, its primary enterprise resource planning system (ERP), however, was going to be time-intensive and increase the overall data entry.
