Keith Kucler
Client Success Manager – PSST
As a long-standing team member of PSST, Keith has 20+ years’ experience in client service, application testing, report analysis, process analysis, and consultation.
In his role as Client Success Manager, Keith (our in-house Munis® guru) provides technical support and client training related to the features, benefits and functions of the full line of PSST software applications. He also provides consultative and process analysis services to enhance proficiency and efficiency for schools using a variety of specialized applications.
With his extensive experience and knowledge, Keith helps provide insights for developing solutions that are cohesive and complimentary to K-12 clients’ needs. Check out some of his Summit sessions below.

Munis® Beginning, Intermediate & Advanced Payrolls
For successful payroll management, there are no secrets, just two simple keys:
- Know your flow.
- Exploit your capabilities.
Payroll, from beginning to end and over again, is a cyclical flow. Knowing from where your payroll information is derived will better allow you to set up the employee master, deductions, job salary and accruals features in Munis®.
During the Munis® Beginning to Intermediate Payroll session you will evaluate your own sources of payroll input and establish best-practice setups so data flows in and out smoothly.
The Munis® Advance Payroll session will feature more in-depth steps taken with the Auxiliary Programs used in setups. This session will demonstrate how to automate properly upfront, so you can fine-tune your data to export just as you need it, thereby reducing time, effort and risk of error.

Pre-Summit Tech Lab
How to Get Your Tech On!
Making the most of the PSST 2018 K-12 Training Summit means bringing your laptop and being ready to access your district’s data via Munis®.
To ensure your tech equipment and access are up and fully operational prior to your training sessions, this year PSST Academy is offering a Pre-Summit Tech Lab.
Beginning at 10 a.m. Day One of the Summit, trained PSST staff will be on hand to assist you with accessing the venue’s WiFi and answer any electronic concerns you may have. The Lab session will remain open until 11:50 a.m. Assistance thereafter will be limited, so arrive early with your gear and get your day off to a running start!
